Payment Terms: To book your session you must pay a deposit to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due day of your session. I do accept paypal (paypal.me/nicolenkphotography) , venmo (@nicolenovak11) and Apple Pay.

Extra Fees: Cancellation fees if rescheduling more than once per session scheduled. One free rescheduling for sick or emergency reasons. 

Cancellation Policy: If you (client)needs to cancel for any reason you will lose your deposit. If this is an emergency situation or illness  I will allow to reschedule for free one time. After the first occurrence for same session there is a $25 rescheduling fee. 

Sickness or Illness Policy for Studio Sessions: If your child wakes up with fever, runny nose and or coughing please use your one time reschedule. I have so many newborns and children in my studio that I need to keep it save for all clients. If you do not abide these rules and your child is visually ill and miserable you will be charged $75 fee for time wasted. Please just make a good judgement and this won't be an issue :) YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RELEASE FORM DAY OF YOUR SESSION CONCERNING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS. 

Image Rights: Your package does include a image release so you can print at any location. This means for printing only. These can not be entered into any type of photography competition without discussing with me. There are imaging rules when entering to a magazine or any type of online completion with a 3rd party. 

Model Release: You have released all model rights for each person in your session. If you want to keep your images private than you will get a print release only and will need to sign a new contract. This will not allow you to put any images on social media. 

Image Copyright: Images can not be edited or altered in any way. You agree to not change the color of the images on any social media source such as Instagram and Facebook. 

Liability Limitations: {{studio_name}} is not responsible for any injuries during your outdoor or indoor studio session. If {{studio_name}} becomes injured or ill and cannot supply the family session photography specified above {{studio_name}} will rebook your session for a later date. {{studio_name}} have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the serve or part  thereof according to the percentage of images supplied. 

PRINTING OF DIGITAL FILES: High resolution digital files purchased/received from your session gallery will include a print release that allows you to print your portraits anywhere you choose. I cannot guarantee the quality, clarity, or color correctness of any prints made anywhere other than through me. By purchasing digital files, you assume all responsibility for any prints made from your purchased digital files. (Prints purchased through me are fulfilled by photo labs who work exclusively with professional photographers, and I regularly assure my computer and monitor are calibrated for consistency with my chosen vendors.)
